The controller of personal data processed through this website is Compot Labs sp. z o.o., ul. Fryderyka Chopina 35/13, 20-023 Lublin, Poland. Contact: [email protected].
This website uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It only stores your colour theme choice in your browser's local storage. That value never leaves your device.
The site runs on servers in the European Union operated for us by a hosting provider, and is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. Both act as our processors under data processing agreements and handle technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in logs kept for security and troubleshooting for up to 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
When you write to us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message to reply and to continue the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or resulting business relationship requires, and afterwards until related claims expire under Polish law or for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
We share personal data only with providers that host the site and our email under data processing agreements, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
Giving us your data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address. We do not make automated decisions or profile visitors.
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, and to data portability.
Right to object: where we rely on legitimate interest, you may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, by writing to [email protected].
You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
