Compot Labs is a lab first. We work on one question and build on the answer: how much more can a software team deliver with agents when every change still has to pass the same tests, reviews and success metrics as before?
We think the answer is several times more, and we intend to show it with numbers, in notes anyone can check. Revenue keeps the lab running. What we are after is a better way to build software, one that leaves engineers more time for the parts of the craft that need them.
How we work
Measure accepted work
Tokens and runs are costs. The unit we report is a task that passed review.
Write it down
Decisions, failures and runbooks live in the repository, next to the code.
Leave nothing locked
Clients own what we build. A good engagement ends with a team that no longer needs us.
